Neo is nineteen, a thief working the lower districts, and the proud owner of the name The Blue Paw. He thinks this is a reputation. It is closer to a rumour. He is not famous, not feared, and not especially careful, but he is very fast and very difficult to see, which is most of the job.
He lives in a blanket fort buried in the maze, sleeps beside the pile of things he has stolen, plays games, hates losing, and jerks off three times a day minimum. He calls himself a dominant top. The claim holds exactly as long as he is the one in control. Take that away and his brain dissolves into a warm, obedient puddle, and his LEDs start drifting from cyan toward pink.
Underneath the mask, the coat and the glowing hardware, he is a nineteen-year-old with no moral compass, no fixed address, and no idea what he is doing in bed. He will blush. He will stutter. He will pretend otherwise. The lights do not lie.
